I just had some questions about a new seat. I wasnt planning of purchasing yet. Andy went above and beyond what I expected by pulling out books of after market seats, showing me the seats they offer programs with and even suggested I sit on as many bikes as I can in the showroom to get a feel and he would find something comparable to what I liked. I shouldnt have been surprised by his actions knowing how well this business is run, but it was much appreciated, especially, me being less experienced than others.
