Charlie is one of the great parts department guys who is a friendly, patient, biker who is always willing to help pick out the right parts to upgrade my bike to make it even better. I have to add that all of the people Ive met in the parts department are really great too. It just so happens that Charlie is working most times I am there looking for parts and he knows my bike.
