I'm not much with words but the service guys at Empire are great! They have no problem with doing major services that are required on my Buells, which is something that many other Harley dealers won't do. My bike now runs better than it did when I bought it new all those years ago. Even with the additional difficulties that Covid-19 caused this spring, Empire kept me up to date on the situation at every step and got my bike back to me in a reasonable time.
