I was in the market for a new bike and had a solid idea of what I wanted. Everybody from sales to business to manager was thoughtful, helpful and warm. They let me take my time, bounce ideas off them and ultimately used their knowledge to help me make the best decision on a bike. They were fair with price and open to accommodation. Needless to say, within a couple hours, I rode my new Harley right off the lot and couldn't be prouder. They even called me the next morning to make sure I made it home alright and see how I liked the ride. (Riding through the Bronx during rush hour can be no joke.) I went out of my way to conduct my business with Empire in New Rochelle because I heard they had a great reputation. And I'm glad to say that after I left their lot, that reputation I read about was certainly earned and upheld. If you're in the market, I recommend a visit. And I hope you end up ringing that bell.
