Awful Customer Service after purchase

My experience was during purchase things were told to me that were not followed through on. There were charges on my invoice that were not done. I have called many times without the response back to explain the charges or refund the amount. There were things on my bike that should of been fixed and were not. I brought it back to be fixed and they wouldn't walk out and get a part number had me schedule an appt to bring the bike back to get the part number to order it in and would have to bring it back again another 50 miles to be fixed. they advertised a shopping spree credit up to 1500 for merchandise with the purchase of any preowned bike which they never offered I had to ask then they said it was 200. I called to request verbal clarification on ESP and they would only send me an email with the info. During the purchase constant contact THEN after purchase not a good experience cant say I would recommend at all.
