Order pick up.
I placed an order on Harley-Davidson.com, to be picked up at empire. I have a mixed review of empire Harley. First their is Heather, she helped me over the phone and was Awesome. Second their is Charlie at the parts counter, I asked Charlie if empire still calls when your order arrives. Charlie stated that my order had just arrived. I then informed Charlie that my order arrived six days ago (per Harley-Davidson.com tracking) and that no one had called me to inform me that my order had arrived. Third their is a woman and man at the clothing register, they also were Awesome. My question is why would Charlie lie to me when I asked about being informed of my order being delivered.

Thank you for the review.  I apologize for any confusion about your order.  Orders placed over Harley-Davidson.com are run through a separate system.  That system notifies the customer that the item has arrived via an email.  The parts counter staff wouldn't really know when an item arrives nor does our store staff call online customers. We are simply a pickup point. Charlie was most likely taking a guess and not intentionally trying to mislead you.  I apologize for any confusion and assure you that it is only because H-D's online division operates on a separate system from us.
